在黑木耳代料栽培基本配方中,采用不同比例的麦麸、豆饼粉和玉米粉为氮源,同时选择露天水泥地、林下露地和林下荫棚3种出耳场所,测定不同培养料配方和出耳场地条件下黑木耳冬耳和春耳中胶原蛋白含量。结果表明,温度对黑木耳子实体中胶原蛋白合成具有促进作用,光照对胶原蛋白合成具有重要作用。不同氮源对子实体中胶原蛋白含量的影响存在差异,选择10%麦麸、10%豆饼粉为氮源进行林下露地栽培,春季的耳片中胶原蛋白含量最高。
