本文目的系研究各种程度放射病机体内白血细胞的吞噬功能;确立吞噬功能和外周血液有形成份的依从关系,并研究照射动物血清内毒性因子对健康动物白血细胞吞噬反应的影响。取用50只啄鼠。25只实验,25只对照。分四组。分量分次全身 X 线照射。观察指标:噬菌数目、吞噬指数及吞噬强度;动物存活率及临床表现;外周血液白血细胞、红血细胞计数及血色素测定。各组在照射后不同时间进行了上进指标的观察。第一组(隔天10伦琴照射,总量620伦琴)不表现
The purpose of this paper is to study the phagocytic function of white blood cells in various degrees of radiation sickness; to establish the phagocytic function and the dependence of the formation of peripheral blood, and to study the effects of irradiated animal serum virulence factors on the phagocytosis of white blood cells in healthy animals.
