目的探讨宫颈癌肿瘤细胞金属基质蛋白酶-2(MMP2)及其抑制因子-2(TIMP2)的表达与肌层浸润的关系及意义。方法采用免疫组化检测79例宫颈癌组织中MMP-2与TIMP-2的基因表达情况,收集各病例的临床病理学资料。分析MMP2及TIMP2表达与宫颈癌肌层浸润的关系。结果宫颈癌中MMP2及TIMP2在浅-中肌层、深-全层浸润的阳性表达率分别为:78.13%,87.5%及73.91%,65.22%。提示:MMP2的阳性表达率与肌层浸润深度无统计学意义(P>0.05);TIMP2的阳性表达率与宫颈癌的肌层浸润深度有统计学意义(2=3.84,P<0.05)。结论TIMP2的阳性表达与宫颈癌的肌层浸润有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP2) and its inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2 (TIMP2) and myometrial invasion in cervical cancer and its significance. Methods The expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in 79 cases of cervical cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the clinicopathological data of each case were collected. The relationship between MMP2 and TIMP2 expression and cervical myometrial invasion was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of MMP2 and TIMP2 in deep muscular layer and deep - full layer in cervical cancer were 78.13%, 87.5% and 73.91%, 65.22% respectively. The positive expression rate of MMP2 and the depth of myometrial invasion were not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The positive expression rate of TIMP2 and the depth of myometrial invasion in cervical cancer were statistically significant (2 = 3.84, P <0.05). Conclusions The positive expression of TIMP2 is related to the myometrial invasion of cervical cancer.
