距离美国爆发金融危机的时间已经过去很久,但它带给全球的经济影响仍不可忽视,在现下的全球经济减速时期,物价的飞涨和企业的裁员现象依旧困扰着世界各国的人民。裁员是大多数企业控制人力资源成本的主要手段,企业秉承优胜劣汰的原则,通过业绩和一些工作结果的比对快速直接选拔公司所需要的人才,这个方法虽然快速但欠缺合理性。本文通过对诸多企业在管理人力资源成本部分的盲点,对人力资源成本控制与管理模式进行了深入探究与分析,在人力资源的实际管理操作中为企业指引前进的道路与方向。
It has been a long time since the outbreak of the financial crisis in the United States. However, its economic impact on the world can not be ignored. In the current global economic slowdown, skyrocketing prices and the layoffs of enterprises continue to plague the peoples of various countries in the world. Layoffs are the main means by which most enterprises control the cost of human resources. Enterprises follow the principle of survival of the fittest, and quickly and directly select the talents needed by the company through the comparison of performance and some work results. This method is rapid but not reasonable. In this paper, many enterprises in the management of human resources cost part of the blind spot on the human resources cost control and management mode in-depth exploration and analysis of human resources in the actual management of operations for enterprises to guide the way forward and direction.
