观察头低位一30°尾部悬吊13周对大鼠左室乳头肌等长收缩性能的影响。结果表明,13周尾部悬吊大鼠左室乳头肌的静息张力与发展张力较同步对照组分别下降16%和33%(P<0;05和P<0.01);最大张力发展速率与最大张力下降速率分别下降33%和28%。当细胞外钙离子浓度分别为0.25、0.5、1.5、2.5、3.5、4.5.5与6.5mmolL时,其发展张力较同步对照均有31%至38%的降低。这些变化提示:13周尾部悬吊使大鼠心肌等长收缩性能明显降低。
To observe the effects of head-tail 30-degree tail suspension for 13 weeks on the isometric contraction of left ventricular papillary muscles in rats. The results showed that resting tension and developing tension of left ventricular papillary muscle in tail suspension rats decreased by 16% and 33% (P <0; 05 and P <0.01) And the maximum rate of tension decreased by 33% and 28% respectively. When the extracellular calcium concentration were 0.25,0.5,1.5,2.5,3.5,4.5.5 and 6.5mmolL, the development of tension than the synchronous control were 31% to 38% decrease. These changes suggest that the 13-week tail suspension significantly reduces the isometric contraction of rat myocardium.
