虽然转基因作物所具有的风险目前还只是一种猜测,但进行商业化生产的审批道路依然漫长10月14日,美国《科学》杂志发表了一组文章,对中国科学家黄季焜等人此前发表的一篇有关“转基因抗虫水稻的益处”的研究报告提出了质疑。对此,黄季焜在同一期杂志中著文进行了回应。与此同时,中国国内传出消息:农业部国家转基因生物安全委员会(以下简称安委会)可能将在今年11月批准4种转基因水稻的商业化生产。备受争议的转基因作物安全问题再次引起人们的关注。
Although the risks posed by GMOs are only a guess at the moment, there is still a long way to go before commercial production can be approved. On October 14, Science magazine published a series of articles on a previously published Chinese scientist Huang Jiatang et al. The article on the “benefits of transgenic insect-resistant rice,” the study questioned. In response, Huang Jianye in the same issue of the magazine responded. In the meantime, news came from China that the National GMO Biosafety Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture (hereinafter referred to as the “Safety Committee”) is likely to approve the commercial production of four kinds of genetically modified rice in November this year. The controversial issue of genetically modified crops once again cause for concern.
