长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA)是一类长度大于200个核苷酸的非编码RNA,它不仅参与维持细胞的正常生理功能,而且还在肿瘤的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。越来越多的研究表明,lncRNA是判断卵巢癌患者总生存期和无病生存期的独立预测因素,并且与卵巢癌的发生、发展有密切关系。本文对lncRNA与卵巢癌的关系进行了综述,以期为卵巢癌的预防、早期诊断和治疗提供思路和方法。
Long-chain non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a class of non-coding RNA> 200 nucleotides in length. It is not only involved in maintaining the normal physiological functions of cells, but also plays an important role in tumorigenesis and development. More and more studies have shown that lncRNA is an independent predictor of overall survival and disease-free survival in patients with ovarian cancer and is closely related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer. This article reviewed the relationship between lncRNA and ovarian cancer, with a view to provide ideas and methods for the prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.
