为了更好的了解变频系统在潜油电泵领域的应用,本文详细说明了整个变频系统在潜油电泵采油应用中的配置。基于变频器特点,对输入裂解变压器的原理和结构进行分析,指出这种变压器有效抑制变频器产生的高次谐波。并针对变频系统输入/输出侧的谐波产生的原理及谐波畸变对潜油电泵机组、长电缆传输发生的问题,结合整个系统输入侧和网侧波形对比分析,说明整个系统中输入滤波器和输出滤波器的重要性。然后结合现场对变频系统使用实例进行简要介绍,并指出这种方案已经有广泛的成功应用。
In order to better understand the frequency conversion system in the field of submersible pump applications, this article details the entire inverter system in the submersible pump oil production configuration.
