BaZr0.2Ti0.8O3无铅厚膜陶瓷的电卡效应

通过流延法与常压空气气氛固相烧结工艺制备锆钛酸钡(Ba(Zr_(0.2)Ti_(0.8))O_3)无铅厚膜陶瓷,用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、Agilent 4284A阻抗分析仪和RADIANT RT–66A铁电分析仪对其晶体结构、微观形貌、电学性能进行了表征,用Maxwell关系估算了材料的电卡效应,即等温熵变和绝热温变。结果表明:Ba(Zr_(0.2)Ti_(0.8))O_3厚膜陶瓷钙钛矿相纯且结构完整,微观结构致密;Ba(Zr_(0.2)Ti_(0.8))O_3厚膜陶瓷呈现弛豫型铁电体特征;材料具有良好的极化特性,耐击穿电压达20 MV/m。材料的绝热温变ΔT在电场20 MV/m及温度100℃时达1.2 K。 The BaTiO3 (Ba (Zr0.2Ti0.8) O3) lead-free thick film ceramic was prepared by the casting method and the atmosphere sintering process under atmospheric pressure. The structure of the lead-free thick film ceramic was characterized by XRD, SEM, Agilent 4284A Impedance analyzer and RADIANT RT-66A ferroelectric analyzer were used to characterize their crystal structure, morphology and electrical properties. The Maxwell relationship was used to estimate the electrical card effect, namely isothermal entropy change and adiabatic temperature change. The results show that the Ba (Zr0.2 Ti0.8) O3 thick film ceramic perovskite phase is pure and has a complete structure and compact microstructure. The Ba Ferroelectric features; material has good polarization characteristics, breakdown voltage up to 20 MV / m. The adiabatic temperature change ΔT of the material reaches 1.2 K at an electric field of 20 MV / m and a temperature of 100 ° C.
