作者在探索放线菌对蛾类昆虫的防治作用时,发现编号为32的放线菌样本(简称32号放线菌)对家蚕幼虫几乎有100%的触杀、胃毒效果。为了解32号放线菌对松毛虫的防治效能进行了本试验。一、方法随机抽取255个自然士样,用十位稀释法分离、培养出3490株放线菌,以家蚕为对象,筛选出毒杀作用最大、稳定性能最好的第32号放线菌作为本次实验的天敌。
