作者首次通过心内膜心肌活检(EMB)对东非11例国产期心脏病(PHD)黑人患者进行研究,本文报告该项研究的结果。方法:11例PHD女性患者,平均年龄27岁,症状开始平均时间在分娩后6周,于分娩后6月内均有不明原因的充血性心力衰竭。入院时平均血压115/75毫米汞柱,M型超声心动图检查,左室舒张未径除1例外均增大,平均6.3厘米;平均小径缩短率为18%,均低于正常;左房增大6例;二尖瓣及主动脉二尖瓣正常。除1例行右心导管及右室活检外,其余病例经股动脉行左心导管,并采用King氏活检钳长套管技术行左室活检。从左室不同部位取3～4块组织,分别送光镜及电镜检查,部分标本尚作免疫检查。9例用单克隆抗体测定外周血总T淋巴细胞(OKT_3)、辅助T细胞(OKT_4
The authors first conducted an endocardial endomyocardial biopsy (EMB) in 11 patients with PHD in East Africa. This paper reports the results of this study. Methods: The average age of 11 PHD female patients was 27 years old. The mean time to symptom onset was 6 weeks after delivery. There were unknown causes of congestive heart failure within 6 months after delivery. Average blood pressure at admission 115/75 mm Hg, M-mode echocardiography, left ventricular diastolic diameter not only increased except 1, an average of 6.3 cm; average diameter reduction was 18%, were lower than normal; left atrial increased Large 6 cases; mitral and aortic mitral valve normal.
