为加强卫生人才的培养,不断提高人才队伍的整体素质,进一步适应现代医学发展和平战时卫勤保障的需要。近年来,驻宁联勤某部对15名卫生系列学科带头人培养对象进行了认真遴选,并组织实施了“181工程”学科带头人培养计划。通过对他们实行宏观管理、微观指导,采取岗位锻炼、课题实践、导师带教等多种培训方法,如期完成了培训内容和目标,取得了明显成效。
In order to strengthen the cultivation of health personnel and constantly improve the overall quality of the contingent of personnel, we can further meet the needs of modern medical wartime protection and development during peacetime wars. In recent years, a department stationed in Nanjing conscientiously selected 15 subjects trained by health leaders and organized the implementation of the “181 Project” academic leaders training program. Through the implementation of macroeconomic management and micro-guidance on them, various training methods such as job training, project practice and mentoring were completed and the training contents and objectives were completed on schedule with obvious results.
