激光跟踪测量系统应用于工业领域 ,实现动态目标的实时跟踪和虚拟坐标的测量 ,是测控一体化的计算机集成系统。推导出该系统中光学系统的琼斯矩阵 ,采用矢量分析的方法 ,分析了光学系统 (包括分束器、平面跟踪镜和角锥棱镜 )对于任意方向入射光偏振态的影响以及光强变化的影响。在数值仿真的基础上 ,对光学系统进行优化设计 ,提高整个系统的跟踪测量性能。
Laser tracking measurement system used in industrial fields, to achieve real-time dynamic target tracking and virtual coordinate measurement, measurement and control integration of computer integrated system. The Jones matrix of the optical system in the system is derived. The influence of optical system (including beam splitter, planar tracking mirror and corner cube) on the polarization state of incident light in any direction and the influence of light intensity change are analyzed by vector analysis . Based on the numerical simulation, the optical system is optimized to improve the tracking performance of the whole system.
