东日本大地震对日本制造业造成重创,特别是汽车产业和电子产业的损失尤为严重。由于日本海外投资发展规律的影响,加之日元猛烈升值、电力紧张、企业考虑分散风险等因素的作用,震后日本的海外产业转移可能出现一定规模的扩大,特别是对华直接投资可能进入新的高潮期。中国应进一步完善投资环境,做好承接新一轮日本产业转移的准备。
The Great East Japan Earthquake hit Japan’s manufacturing industry hard, especially in the automobile industry and the electronics industry.
