当自恋型领导缺乏自知之明,或身边缺乏遏制力量时,工作效率会变低下甚至是徒劳。迈克尔·麦可比(Michael Maccoby)写的《自恋的领导者》(Narcissistic Leaders)一文,曾获2000年麦肯锡奖(McKinsey Award)。每每读到此文,我总是情不自禁地联想到自己的上司——一位典型的自恋型医院院长/CEO。
