研究了机械镀锌锡铝合金工艺及应用。研究表明:机械镀锌合金的抗蚀性优于电镀锌层,镀层与基体结合力良好,镀覆工艺不会使基材产生氢脆。
The mechanical galvanized tin-aluminum alloy technology and its application were studied. The results show that mechanical corrosion resistance of galvanized alloy is better than that of electrogalvanized coating. The adhesion between coating and matrix is good, and the plating process will not cause hydrogen embrittlement on the substrate.
