贵州人爱吃一道菜,叫折耳根,学名应该叫蕺菜,也叫鱼腥草,本来是一味药材,但贵州人把它凉拌生吃,或作火锅的底料,吃起来很来劲。我曾经听贵州人说,贵州人不管走到哪儿,只要见到折耳根,就亲切,就嘴馋。 这使我想起那些海外赤子们对自己家乡小吃的感情,在他们美好的回忆里,故乡好吃的东西当然是不止于小吃的。 人的口味其实早在小时候就基本确定下来了,孩提时候喜欢吃
