金龟子绿僵菌(Metarhizium anisopliae)可寄生于200多种昆虫。我们分别从白星花金龟子幼虫及油松毛虫蛹分离得到了该菌的长孢型和短孢型变种。经室内毒力测定,两变种对寄主都有较强毒力。为满足大面积防治的需要,我们采用半固体法生产菌剂,并结合生产中的三级培养,探讨了培养温度、pH、碳源、氮源、生长物质等因子对两个变种菌株的菌落生长及孢子产量的影响,提出了三级培养基配方及生产工艺流程,为菌剂大量生产提供了参考依据。同时,还对两个变种菌株的毒力做了初步研究。
Metarhizium anisopliae can be parasitic on more than 200 species of insects. We isolated from the white spider beetle larvae and oil pine caterpillars pupae obtained the bacteria of the long spore and short spore variants.
