The building maintains a low mass on the side facing the greenery, an auditorium in the cantilevered structure, and the whole building rises on the side facing the city. The lower part of the office building is supported by V-shaped columns, ranging from 9m to 12m in height. In this way, highway users can see the green space behind the building and the staffs in the office building need not to be blocked by the expressway embankment. Raising the structure in this way also allows for a spacious entrance area in the ground floor space. The glass-covered entrance lobby is surrounded by green lawns. In order to echo the surrounding environment, the building adopts the “smart” façade design.
