为了对高活性铝粉的燃烧热进行准确可靠的测量,使用氧弹量热仪,采用GAP作为助剂,通过多次实验研究了助剂种类及添加比例、充气气氛及压力等测试条件对铝粉燃烧热测试结果的影响,确定了最佳的实验测试参数,并采用助剂法测定了50、100、200 nm铝粉的燃烧热。结果表明,使用GAP作为助剂,选择1:4(质量比)混合制样,在O2气氛充气压力1.5 MPa条件下,高活性铝粉具有最高的燃烧效率,且随着高活性铝粉粒度的增大,其燃烧热值减小,燃烧效率降低。
In order to accurately and reliably measure the heat of combustion of high-activity aluminum powder, we used the bomb calorimeter and GAP as auxiliary agent. Through several experiments, we studied the effects of different kinds of additives, addition ratio, Powder combustion heat test results to determine the best experimental test parameters, and the use of additive method was measured 50,100,200 nm aluminum burning heat. The results showed that the best combustion efficiency of high activity aluminum powder was obtained with GAP as additive and 1: 4 (mass ratio) mixed gas at O2 gas pressure of 1.5 MPa. With the increase of particle size of high activity aluminum Increases, its combustion calorific value decreases, combustion efficiency decreases.
