一、深入认识十余年来,我与王运遂老师颇有接触,对他的教学观点有深入了解。王老师始终强调学生要学会学习、健康成长,要求教师引导学生“多读、多写、多积累”(笔者私下将之合称为“三多”)。细细回味,王老师的“三多”返璞归真,适用疆域无限宽广。1.多读。有声读理解读朗读默读诵读师生合作阅读自主性阅读拓展性阅读练习性阅读速读泛读精讲精读多读2.多写。多写时间分配文体要求写作形式议论文记叙文说明文课堂作文课外作文命题写作自由写作3.多积累。
