大肠癌是人类常见的恶性肿瘤之一。主要包括结肠、直肠和肛管等部位的肿瘤,它占全身恶性肿瘤的15%,对人类生命与健康有着极严重的危害。在经济发达的北美、西欧等国,大肠癌往往为第一二位常见的恶性肿瘤。每年发病率高达35—50/10万。而在我国某城市近20年的调查研究中发现有急剧上升趋势。大肠癌好发年龄在40～60岁左右,男性多于女性。
Colorectal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in humans. Including the colon, rectum and anal canal and other tumors, it accounts for 15% of all malignant tumors in the body, and has a very serious harm to human life and health. In developed countries such as North America and Western Europe, colorectal cancer is often the first two most common malignant tumors. The annual incidence rate is as high as 35-50 per 100,000. However, it has been found that there is a sharp upward trend in the investigation of a city in China in the past 20 years. Colorectal cancer has a predilection between 40 and 60 years old, and more men than women.
