企业职工教育经费是职工用以参加技术培训与学习的重要资金保障,近些年来,伴随着科学技术的不断发展,各个企业员工进行培训学习的机会也随之不断增多,因此,如何良好的利用有限的职工教育经费,使其实现企业与职工的利益最大化,成为了很多企业管理者所思考的问题。本文首先对于企业职工教育经费使用现状予以介绍,并指出其中所存在的问题,而后针对这些问题提出了自己的建议,并设计了及一些解决较为具体的方案,以期抛砖引玉,加强业内交流。
In recent years, with the continuous development of science and technology, the opportunities for training and learning of employees in all enterprises have also increased. Therefore, how to make good use of the funds for educational and staff education of employees in enterprises is an important financial guarantee for workers to participate in technical training and learning. Limited funding for staff education to enable them to maximize the interests of enterprises and employees has become a lot of business managers thinking. This paper first introduces the current situation of the use of education funds for employees in enterprises and points out the existing problems. After that, it puts forward my own suggestions on these issues and designs some solutions that are more specific, with a view to promoting the industry and strengthening exchanges in the industry.
