齐齐哈尔~安达地区,气候寒冷,地下冻层深,温差很大,地下水位高。这不但要解决电缆地下无人站的防水问题,同时还要解决保温和抗冻问题。 从过去施工的一些无人站看,虽然采取了一些措施,都没能很好地解决上述问题,直接影响了通信畅通。 1985年在安达~让胡路间,用“ZF—1”早强防水剂为混凝土外加剂,做了三个钢筋混凝土结构的无人增音站,经过将近三年的考验,没发现漏水,而且内部温度在1℃~17℃范围内变化,完全符合无人机温度标准。
