The North American amateur satellite consortium (Amsat-NA) has signed a letter of intent with the Soviet Union to send small-amateur communications satellites to the Mir space station by the Soviet rocket at the end of 1989 and put it on track. The satellite (Satel-Life) high 23cm, weighing 10kg, for the doctor for remote professional treatment and exchange of information. The Soviet Union has agreed to launch the satellite free of charge. The plan is led by a research center made up of Harvard medical groups and Soviet scientists. Local doctors transmit data (emails) to specialists via small computers and small earth stations via satellite to form a system for diagnosing the patient’s condition. In addition, there is also use it to introduce the latest
