本文对中药人参皂甙RE对正常成人的外周血LAK细胞、NK细胞活性的影响进行了观察.结果表明:在效靶比例50:1,基因重组白细胞介素-2为500u/ml或250u/ml条件下,人参皂甙RE对正常成人外周血LAK细胞杀伤活性呈双向效应,表现为低剂量(人参皂甙RE在0.16ug/ml以下)增强,高剂量(人参皂甙RE在0.16ug/ml以上)抑制.研究发现,正常成人外周血NK细胞活性随着人参皂甙RE(0.16—100ug/ml)剂量增加杀伤活性显著增强。说明人参皂甙RE是一种理想的免疫调节剂,人参皂甙RE对LAK细胞杀伤活性的调节也能为临床解决rIL—2的毒性问题提供新的实验资料。
In this paper, the effect of ginsenoside RE on the activity of peripheral blood LAK cells and NK cells in normal adults was observed. The results showed that the effect of ginsenoside RE on the killing activity of peripheral blood LAK cells in normal adults showed a two-way effect at a target ratio of 50:1 and when the recombinant interleukin-2 was 500 u/ml or 250 u/ml. Ginsenoside RE is less than 0.16 ug/ml) and high dose (ginsenoside RE is 0.16 ug/ml or more). The study found that normal adult NK cell activity significantly increased with the increase in the dose of ginsenoside RE (0.16-100ug/ml). It shows that ginsenoside RE is an ideal immunomodulatory agent. The regulation of killing activity of LAK cells by ginsenoside RE can also provide new experimental data for the clinical solution of the toxicity of rIL-2.
