已往研究证明 :三叉神经吻侧亚核背内侧部及其邻接的网状结构 ( Vodm -L RF)和由三叉上核尾外侧部 ( Vsup-CL )、三叉神经感觉主核背内侧部 ( Vpdm)以及 AVM和 ADO等两个小核团所构成的“带状区”分别为三叉神经领域本体觉中枢通路的第二、三级神经元所在地。Parvalbumin( PV)是常见的钙结合蛋白。在该通路的 Vodm-LRF和“带状区”内存在许多 PV样阳性细胞。但这些 PV样阳性神经元究系属投射神经元抑或为中间神经元则未见报道。本文用 F G逆标和免疫组化相结合的方法对此进行了研究。结果显示 :( 1)将荧光金 ( F G)注入一侧丘脑腹后内侧核和带状区的 Vpdm、ATM和 ADO后 ,分别在对侧“带状区”和同侧 Vodm-L RF出现大量 FG逆标细胞。( 2 )上述部位有相当数量的 FG逆标细胞呈 PV样阳性。由 Vsup-CL、Vodm、AVM和ADO向丘脑投射的神经元中分别有 5 7%、5 5 %、11%和 4%呈 PV样阳性 ;而向丘脑腹后内侧核投射的 PV/ FG双标神经元分别占 Vsup-CL、Vodm、AVM和 ADO内 PV样阳性神经元总数的 2 3 %、79%、5 3 %和 16%。这些双标神经元多呈中、小圆形、梨形或不规则形。由 Vodm-LRF向 Vpdm、AVM和 ADO投射神经元的 3 3 %、3 4 %和 5 0 %呈 PV样阳性 ;而向 Vpdm、AVM和 ADO投射的 PV/ FG双标神经元则分别占 Vodm-LRF
Previous studies have demonstrated that the medial dorsal part of the subnuclear nucleus of the trigeminal nerve and its adjacent reticular structures (Vodm-L RF) and the Vsup-CL, the dorsal medial part of the trigeminal sensory nucleus (Vpdm ) And AVR and ADO and other two small nuclei constitute the “strip” are the trigeminal nerve field of central nervous system second and third neurons. The results showed that: (1) Fluorescent gold (FG) was injected into Vpdm, ATM and ADO of the ventromedial thalamic ventral medial nucleus and banded area, FG reverse target cells. (2) A significant number of FG retrograde cells in the above sites were PV-positive. PVs were positive in PV neurons projecting to the thalamus from Vsup-CL, Vodm, AVM and ADO, respectively. PVs / FGs The labeled neurons accounted for 23%, 79%, 53% and 16% of the total number of PV-like neurons in Vsup-CL, Vodm, AVM and ADO, respectively. These double-labeled neurons were mostly medium, small round, pear-shaped or irregular shape. The neurons of Vpdm, AVM and ADO projected by Vodm-LRF had PV-like positives at 33%, 34% and 50%, while the PV / FG double-labeled neurons projected at Vpdm, AVM and ADO accounted for Vodm -LRF
