目的:考察并比较参苈散细粉和超微粉的溶出度,为改进、提高药品的制备工艺提供依据。方法:以桨法制备供试品溶液,HPLC法测定红景天苷的含量,计算参苈散细粉和超微粉的溶出度。结果:参苈散超微粉的溶出度和溶出率均大于细粉。结论:微粉化有利于药物有效成分的溶出。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate and compare the dissolution of ginseng powder and superfine powder to provide basis for improving and improving the preparation technology of the drug.
