1982~1988年55例肾盂,输尿管移行细胞癌,42例肾盂癌,13例输尿管癌。平均年龄67岁,男29例,女26例。作者应用单细胞DNA细胞光度技术研究细胞DNA倍性DNA不均匀性及计算细胞周期。随访1~6年。结果:肿瘤的分期和组织分级,23例是pT_1N_0,15例pT_2N_0,12例pT_3N_0和9例pT_3N_+。13例Ⅰ级,28例Ⅱ级,14例Ⅲ级。DNA倍性和组织分级的关系,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级肿瘤细胞的非整体细胞出现百分率分别是7%、42%、71%。29%Ⅲ级肿瘤有多倍体DNA细胞。肿瘤的分期与DNA倍性的关系,pT肿瘤38%出现非整体细胞pT_2肿瘤是58%pT_(3/4)N_(0/(?))几乎是100%。DNA倍性与转移的关系,13例病人肿瘤是双倍体细胞随访6年而没有转移。67%非整体细胞的病人有转移,在30~36月内死于
Between 1982 and 1988, there were 55 cases of renal pelvis, ureter transitional cell carcinoma, 42 cases of renal pelvis carcinoma, and 13 cases of ureteral carcinoma. The average age was 67 years, with 29 males and 26 females. The authors used single-cell DNA cytometry to study DNA ploidy DNA heterogeneity and calculate cell cycle. Follow-up 1 to 6 years. Results: Tumor staging and histological grades were 23 cases of pT_1N_0, 15 of pT_2N_0, 12 of pT_3N_0 and 9 of pT_3N_+. 13 cases were grade I, 28 cases were grade II, and 14 cases were grade III. The relationship between DNA ploidy and tissue grading, and the percentage of non-overall cells in grade I, II, and III tumor cells were 7%, 42%, and 71%, respectively. 29% of grade III tumors have polyploid DNA cells. The relationship between tumor stage and DNA ploidy, 38% of pT tumors appear non-integral cells pT_2 tumors are 58% pT_(3/4)N_(0/(?)) is almost 100%.
