目的了解“5.12”地震灾区都江堰市致倦库蚊对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、仲丁威及敌敌畏4种杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为杀虫剂的合理使用和蚊虫等相关病媒生物性疾病控制提供科学依据。方法采用浸渍法,于2013年对在都江堰市城区采集的致倦库蚊幼虫,测定其3龄末4龄初幼虫对杀虫剂的半数致死浓度(LC50)。结果致倦库蚊幼虫对溴氰菊酯的LC50为0.056 mg/L,相对抗性倍数为65.88,呈高抗水平;氯氰菊酯的LC50为0.049 mg/L,相对抗性倍数为1 225.00,呈高抗水平;仲丁威的LC50为2.273 0 mg/L,相对抗性倍数为3.09,呈低抗水平;敌敌畏的LC50为1.622 mg/L,相对抗性倍数为5.35,呈低抗水平。结论都江堰市致倦库蚊对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂已产生了很高的抗药性,建议在今后一段时间内,应慎用拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂。并结合当地情况,采用以环境治理为主的综合防治措施,尽量减少对杀虫剂的使用,预防和减缓抗药性的产生。
Objective To understand the resistance of Culex quinquefasciatus to four insecticides of deltamethrin, cypermethrin, sec-butyl and dichlorvos in Dujiangyan City in the “5.12” earthquake-hit areas for the rational use of insecticides and related diseases such as mosquitoes Media biological disease control provide a scientific basis. Methods By immersion method, the larvae of Culex quinquefasciatus collected in the urban area of Dujiangyan City in 2013 were tested for their LC50 of the insecticides at the third instar larvae. Conclusion Culex quinquefasciatus in Dujiangyan has high resistance to pyrethroid insecticides. It is suggested that pyrethroid insecticides should be used with caution in the future. In combination with local conditions, we should adopt comprehensive prevention and control measures based on environmental management to minimize the use of pesticides and prevent and slow down the emergence of drug resistance.
