工程建设规模较大平阳县顺溪水利枢纽工程,是鳌江北港上游集防洪、供水、灌溉、发电于一体的骨干水利工程。坝址位于顺溪上游约2.2公里处,坝址距平阳县54.5公里。该工程是浙江省“十一五”期间省重点水资源保障项目和温州市“515”防洪保安生命线一号工程,列入了浙江省《重大项目建设行动计划(2008～2012)》
Large scale construction of the project Shunshun Water Control Project in Pingyang County is a key water conservancy project integrating flood control, water supply, irrigation and power generation in the upper reaches of North Aojiang River. The dam site is about 2.2 kilometers upstream of Shun Creek and the dam site is 54.5 kilometers away from Pingyang County. The project is the key water resource protection project in Zhejiang Province during the “11th Five-Year Plan” period and the one project of “515” flood control and security lifeline in Wenzhou City. It is included in the “Action Plan for Major Project Construction (2008 ~ 2012) ”
