宫内节育器异位的早期发现及病因分析

目的探讨宫内节育器(IUD)异位发生的原因和及时诊断,以提高其放置的安全性及成功率。方法对120例IUD异位影像进行分析,重点研究其发生部位和表现,结合其年龄、时间、环种类、性生活频率、随访时间等分析其发生原因。结果 120例中,宫内节育器下移为50例(41.7%),嵌顿34例(28.3%),断裂残留20例(16.7%),异位于子宫外16例(13.3%)。结论 IUD宫内异位宫颈最高,宫外异位膀胱最高。放置时的年龄大于40岁、IUD的类型对术后异位率均可造成一定的影响。 Objective To investigate the causes of ectopic pregnancy and the timely diagnosis of intrauterine device (IUD) in order to improve its safety and success rate. Methods 120 cases of IUD ectopic imaging were analyzed, the location and the manifestation of the IUD were analyzed. The causes were analyzed with age, time, type of ring, frequency of sexual life, follow-up time and so on. Results In 120 cases, IUDs were moved down to 50 cases (41.7%), incarcerated in 34 cases (28.3%), ruptured in 20 cases (16.7%), and extrauterine in 16 cases (13.3%). Conclusion IUD intrauterine ectopic cervix is ​​the highest, the highest ectopic bladder. When placed in the age of 40 years or older, the type of IUD postoperative ectopic rate can have a certain impact.
