目的:研究丰城鸡血藤70%乙醇提取物中中等极性部位化学成分的分离。方法:利用硅胶柱、葡聚糖凝胶柱、反相硅胶柱、制备色谱等色谱技术分离纯化,根据核磁共振波谱鉴定化合物结构。结果:从70%乙醇提取物中分离得到15个化合物,并鉴定为刺芒柄花素(1),8-甲雷杜辛(2),黄芪醌(3),水杨酸(4),毛蕊异黄酮(5),染料木素(6),wistin(7),3’,4’,7-三羟基黄酮(8),紫铆花素(9),印度黄檀苷(10),mncodianin F(11),芒柄花苷(12),牡荆苷(13),4’,8-dimethoxyl-7-O-β-Dglucopyranosyl isoflavone(14),(2S)-1-O-heptatriacontanoyl glycerol(15)。结论:化合物2,11为首次从本植物中分离得到;3,8,9,13,14为首次从本属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents in the middle-polar fractions of 70% ethanol extract from Millettia. Methods: The compounds were isolated by silica gel column, Sephadex LH - 20, reverse phase silica gel column and preparative chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by 1H - NMR. Results: Fifteen compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extract and identified as thunbretin (1), 8-methradoxin (2), stilbene (3), salicylic acid (5), genistein (6), wistin (7), 3 ’, 4’, 7-trihydroxyflavone (8), vinca cinchon (9), rhamnoside (10), mncodianin (12), vitexin (13), 4 ’, 8-dimethoxyl-7-O-β-Dglucopyranosyl isoflavone (14), (2S) -1-O-heptatriacontanoyl glycerol 15). Conclusion: Compounds 2 and 11 were isolated from this plant for the first time. 3, 8, 9, 13 and 14 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
