针对当前干式钻进时孔口降尘、除尘存在的问题,介绍了一款压气引射孔口除尘器,并对其结构组成、工作原理、安装、除尘系统布置以及该除尘器在某矿的现场试验情况进行了详细的介绍。根据无降尘、除尘措施和使用除尘器时孔口下风侧粉尘质量浓度的对比数据,证明该除尘器可有效抑制干式钻进孔口的粉尘污染问题,极大地改善了工人的工作环境。
