目的观察造血干细胞自身抗体测定在全血细胞减少症中的变化。方法选择就诊的42例全血细胞减少的患者,实施骨髓单个细胞库姆试验或流式细胞术检测,对疾病进行分型,并分析造血干细胞自身抗体与免疫相关性全血细胞减少症的相关性。结果 42例患者血常规均异常,其中16例患者为再生障碍性贫血,11例为急性白血病,6例为肝脾亢进,9例为免疫相关性全血细胞减少症。所有免疫相关性全血细胞减少症的患者造血干细胞自身抗体检测均阳性。结论造血干细胞自身抗体检测有助于对全血细胞减少症的鉴别,指导临床治疗。
Objective To observe the changes of hematopoietic stem cell autoantibodies in pancytopenia. Methods A total of 42 patients with pancytopenia who were selected for the treatment were enrolled in the single-cell bone marrow test or flow cytometry. The patients were classified according to the disease type and the correlation between hematopoietic stem cell autoantibodies and immune-related pancytopenia was analyzed. Results All 42 patients had abnormal blood tests, of which 16 were aplastic anemia, 11 were acute leukemia, 6 were hypersplenism, and 9 were immunocompensated pancytopenia. All patients with immune-related pancytopenia were positive for hematopoietic stem cell autoantibodies. Conclusion The detection of hematopoietic stem cell autoantibodies contribute to the identification of pancytopenia and guide the clinical treatment.
