为了解决无线局域网鉴别和保密基础结构(WAPI)应用于基于无线网状网技术的新型无线网络中产生的移动性问题,该文在原有WAPI鉴别结构的基础上,针对无线网状网的特点,利用虚拟接入点(AP)的方法,将若干相邻无线网状网接入点虚拟为同一接入点。理论分析结果表明:该方法精简了客户端漫游时重认证的步骤,从而有效地减少了重认证的延时。该方法的应用提高了无线网状网中WAPI机制的应用效率,增强了WAPI机制的可用性、可扩展性、可管理性。
In order to solve the problem that the Wireless Local Area Network Authentication and Security Infrastructure (WAPI) is used in the new wireless network based on wireless mesh network technology, based on the original WAPI authentication structure and the characteristics of wireless mesh network, Using the virtual access point (AP) method, several adjacent wireless mesh access points are virtually the same access point. Theoretical analysis shows that this method simplifies the steps of reauthentication during client roaming, thus effectively reducing the delay of reauthentication. The application of this method improves the application efficiency of WAPI mechanism in wireless mesh network and enhances the availability, scalability and manageability of WAPI mechanism.
