利用廉价易得的邻苯二甲酸酐和无毒环保的氨基酸——甘氨酸为原料,利用操作简单、经济的熔融法为合成手段,合成了对聚丙烯具有β成核作用的成核剂——N-邻苯二甲酰甘氨酸(NPG)。将其添加到PPH-T03中,对其性能和结晶行为进行了评价,结果表明:该物质是一种有效的β晶型聚丙烯成核剂。当添加量为0.1%时,β晶相对含量达到80.1%,冲击强度由纯PP的3.85 k J/m~2提高到9.86 k J/m~2,热变形温度提高约20℃。
Using cheap and easy-to-obtain phthalic anhydride and non-toxic and environmentally friendly amino acid-glycine as raw materials, a simple and economical melting method was used as a synthesis method to synthesize a nucleating agent - N-Phthaloylglycine (NPG). PPH-T03 was added to evaluate its properties and crystallization behavior. The results show that this material is an effective β-type polypropylene nucleating agent. When the addition amount is 0.1%, the relative content of β crystal reaches 80.1%, the impact strength increases from 3.85 kJ / m ~ 2 of pure PP to 9.86 kJ / m ~ 2, and the heat distortion temperature increases about 20 ℃.
