借鉴径向井导向能力可操可控的技术特点,在国内外范围内创造性提出将径向井压裂技术应用立井揭煤中。基于首次压裂主裂缝延伸规律分析,预测了二次压裂主裂缝的延伸范围。通过压裂液表面张力和膨胀力的测定,确定了2%的KCl溶液为首选压裂液。继而进行径向井方位及施工设计,并进行了工业性试验,试验表明,通过技术改造,大幅度增加了预揭煤层的透气性,径向井压裂增透效果显著。
Drawing on the technical features of steerable steering ability of radial well, it is proposed creatively to apply radial well fracturing technology to vertical well unmasking at home and abroad. Based on the analysis of the primary fracture propagation law of the first fracturing, the extension range of the secondary fracture secondary fractures is predicted. By measuring the surface tension and swelling force of fracturing fluid, 2% KCl solution was selected as the preferred fracturing fluid. Followed by radial well orientation and construction design, and carried out industrial tests, experiments show that, through technological innovation, a substantial increase in the permeability of the pre-exposing coal, radial well fracturing effect is significant.
