介绍了在地图信息可视化工具Mapinfo数据库和超文本库的支持下,通过win-dows的OLE自动化技术建成的洪水风险预测业务系统。它以直观形象的电子地图方式将气象、洪水、水文以及投保户保险信息,包括历史洪水受淹实况等有机地结合起来;并通过与历史洪水受淹数据库、气象-洪水数据库等关联,作出洪水风险预测,为有关部门业务查询和指导决策提供依据。
This paper introduces the flood risk forecasting business system built by win-dows OLE automation technology with the support of mapinfo database and hypertext database. It organically combines meteorological, flood and hydrological information as well as insurance policy information of insured users, including historical flood flooding with an intuitive electronic map. Floods are also made through linking with historical flood flooded database and meteorological-flood database Risk prediction, the relevant departments for business inquiry and guidance to provide the basis for decision-making.
