伴随着我国社会主义市场经济改革的不断深入,社会发展过程中的负面因素越来越多,由于部分党员干部自身思想政治素质的薄弱,导致党员干部在党性建设方面出现一些这样那样的问题.基于此,笔者就我国党员干部的思想政治教育问题展开论述,文章首先论述了我国目前党员干部在思想政治教育方面存在的一系列问题,继而分析了影响党员干部思想政治教育成效的几个因素,最后提出了加强党员思想政治教育,提升和改进党的建设的对策措施,以期能够进一步提升和改进我党的建设.
