随着社会的发展和经济进步,民众的生活水平得到了不断的提高和发展,相应的越来越多的人更加关心和重视高校的教育工作和师资力量,提高高校的市场竞争力,使其在激烈的社会竞争中取得更快更好的发展和进步是各个高校共同努力的方向和目标,而高校的后勤作为高校的重要组成部分,在学校的发展和进步中发挥着十分重要的作用,传统的成本管理活动已经不能适应现代高校发展和进步需求,所以高校后勤经营活动中逐渐引进了全成本管理模式,但是就目前的运行情况来看,高校后勤经营活动中的全成本管理工作依旧存在一些问题和不足,所以本文就现阶段高校后勤经营活动中实施全成本管理模式的必要性做了简单的概述,分析了现阶段高校后勤经营活动中全成本管理工作的问题和不足,并且提出了切实可行的强化高校后勤经营活动中全成本管理工作的措施。
