本文报道用电镜观察 Wistar 大鼠的肝、脾、肺和小肠等组织,表明其内存在少量的隐窝细胞。这种细胞具有以下形态特征:1.胞质内有界膜包绕的电子致密颗粒;2.胞质内有含杆状核心的小泡;3.胞核多偏于一侧,异染色质集聚于核周边;4.有发育良好的伪足突起。另外,在3例人乳腺癌组织中也见到有此形态特征的隐窝细胞。根据其分布与形态特点,初步推测它们属于自然杀伤细胞,在肿瘤中可能发挥细胞毒或免疫防御作用。
