文章通过对体育学院跆拳道练习时学生在训练中运动损伤的原因进行总结分析,对学生掌握运动损伤知识的情况进行问卷调查。研究发现,运动员在运动训练当中产生损伤的主要原因在于训练因素,如专业技术动作局部负荷过大、疲劳过渡、缺乏保护和运动损伤知识等。因此提高运动损伤意识,提高训练水平,重视对急性损伤的及时处理是减少损伤发生的重要方法。
The paper summarizes the reasons of the students ’injuries during training in taekwondo practice and conducts a questionnaire survey on the students’ knowledge of sports injuries. The study found that the main reason that athletes produce injuries in sports training is the training factors such as partial overload of professional and technical activities, fatigue transition, lack of knowledge of protection and sports injuries. Therefore, to raise awareness of sports injuries and improve training levels, attention to the timely treatment of acute injuries is an important way to reduce the occurrence of injuries.
