In August 1994, the Japanese scholar Morimoto Morimoto led the “Japanese Army Bacteriological War Victims Mission” and his delegation to Hengzhou City, Zhejiang Province to investigate the Japanese Army’s germ warfare in the streets more than 50 years ago.
