目的探讨16层螺旋CT诊断眼眶爆裂骨折的优势。方法对疑有眼眶爆裂骨折的135例患者,分别进行单层螺旋CT和16层螺旋CT扫描,结合图像后处理功能进行观察,然后比较两者的检出率。结果单层螺旋CT诊断单壁骨折62例,多壁骨折者10例,3例不能明确诊断;16层螺旋CT诊断单壁骨折73例,多壁骨折者14例。两者比较,单层螺旋CT共漏诊11例(15处骨折),占骨折总数的14·1%。结论16层螺旋CT诊断眼眶爆裂骨折较单层CT能显著提高检出率,确诊率可达100%。
Objective To explore the advantages of 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of orbital blowout fracture. Methods One hundred and thirty-five patients suspected of orbital blowout fractures were examined by single-slice spiral CT and 16-slice spiral CT, respectively. Combined with the image post-processing function, the detection rates of the two methods were compared. Results Single - slice spiral CT was used to diagnose 62 cases of single - wall fracture, 10 cases of multi - wall fracture, 3 cases could not be diagnosed clearly. Sixteen - slice spiral CT was used to diagnose 73 cases of single wall fracture and 14 cases of multiwall fracture. Comparing the two, 11 patients (15 fractures) were missed by single-slice spiral CT, accounting for 14.1% of the total number of fractures. Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT can diagnose orbital blowout fractures significantly improve the detection rate than single-slice CT, the diagnosis rate can reach 100%.
