当今社会,大多数适龄儿童进入学校接受义务教育,但也有部分家长选择了“私塾”教育。“全日制私塾”开设课程在偏重国学、读经的同时也开设英语、数理、武术等课程,实际上取代了全日制义务教育的职能。文章认为,“全日制私塾”的出现对于教育多元化有所裨益,但从法律视角看,其从设置到管理及与学历教育机构的衔接上还存在一些问题,可从立法修正、合理监管等方面着手,合理对接“全日制私塾”与“义务教育”。
In today’s society, most of the school-age children enter school for compulsory education, but some parents choose “private school” education. “Full-time private school ” courses in the emphasis on Chinese learning, reading and also set up English, mathematics, martial arts and other courses, in fact, replaced the full-time compulsory education function. The article holds that the emergence of “full-time private school ” is beneficial to diversification of education. However, from the legal point of view, there are still some problems in its connection from setting to management and education and academic institutions.
