本文介绍了企业人力资源管理的含义、现状以及意义,并分析了当前企业人力资源管理中存在的问题,如人力资源浪费问题严重,缺乏科学的人才激励机制,企业管理机构设置不健全等。然后,提出了企业人力资源管理创新的发展途径,树立“以人为本”的人力资源管理理念;完善人才激励机制;组织结构优化等。
This paper introduces the meaning, status quo and significance of human resource management in enterprises and analyzes the existing problems in current human resources management, such as serious human resource waste, lack of scientific talent incentive mechanism and unsound establishment of enterprise management institutions. Then, it puts forward the development path of enterprise human resource management innovation, establishes the concept of “people-oriented” human resource management, improves the talent incentive mechanism, and optimizes the organizational structure.
