目的:探讨脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)在大鼠变应性鼻炎发病中的作用。方法:选健康SD大鼠30只,雌雄不限,随机分为实验组20只,对照组10只。实验组用卵清蛋白行腹腔注射基础致敏,继之鼻局部激发建立大鼠变应性鼻炎模型;对照组以生理盐水代替卵清蛋白。采用RT-PCR方法检测实验组和对照组大鼠鼻黏膜中BDNF mRNA的表达。结果:实验组大鼠鼻黏膜中BDNF/β-actin(内参照)为0.49±0.07,对照组大鼠鼻黏膜中BDNF/β-actin(内参照)为0.28±0.01,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:BDNF在大鼠变应性鼻炎的发病中具有重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the role of brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis in rats. Methods: Thirty healthy SD rats were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 20) and control group (n = 10). The experimental group was orally injected with ovalbumin for basic sensitization, followed by local nasal stimulation to establish the rat model of allergic rhinitis; the control group was replaced by normal saline ovalbumin. The expression of BDNF mRNA in nasal mucosa of experimental group and control group was detected by RT-PCR. Results: BDNF / β-actin (internal reference) was 0.49 ± 0.07 in the nasal mucosa and 0.28 ± 0.01 in the nasal mucosa of the control group, the difference was statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: BDNF plays an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis in rats.
