利用1-辛基-3-甲基氯化咪唑氯([C8MIM]Cl)离子液体作溶剂,CrCl3作催化剂,一步法催化微晶纤维素制备5-羟甲基糠醛。确定反应温度160℃,反应时间2h,离子液体:微晶纤维素:CrCl3=10∶1.0∶0.1为最佳反应条件,此条件下目标产物5-羟甲基糠醛的收率为36.13%。
Using 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([C8MIM] Cl) ionic liquid as solvent and CrCl3 as catalyst, 5-hydroxymethylfurfural was prepared by one-step catalytic microcrystalline cellulose. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: reaction temperature 160 ℃, reaction time 2h, ionic liquid: microcrystalline cellulose: CrCl3 = 10:1.0:0.1. The yield of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural was 36.13%.
