[本刊讯]2015年10月19日,由国际公共管理研究学会副会长、复旦大学敬乂嘉教授担任首席专家的国家社科基金重大项目“合作治理:国家治理体系现代化和国家责任研究”举行了开题报告。课题首席专家和四位子课题负责人进行了汇报。当前,我国处在国家发展的重要阶段,公共治理变革的根本要求是实现治理体系的现代化。课题组认为,在国家、市场和社会之间合作治理格局的形成,是中国走出转型社会,实现稳态治理格局和可持续有效治理的关键。当前我国在经济发展、公共服务提供、社区治理等公共领域正在 On October 19, 2015, a major project of the National Social Science Fund under the chairmanship of Prof. JING Jia-jia, Vice President of the Institute of International Public Management and Professor JING Jia-jia of Fudan University, “Cooperative Governance: Modernization of State Governance System and State Responsibility Research ”held a presentation report. Chief subject experts and four sub-project leaders were reported. At present, our country is in an important stage of national development. The fundamental requirement of public governance reform is to realize the modernization of the governance system. The group believes that the formation of a cooperative governance pattern among countries, markets and society is the key to China’s stepping out of a transitional society and achieving a steady state governance and sustainable and effective governance.
